Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before purchasing any products purchased from and operated by Aubree Malick (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the any products from Aubree Malick, LLC is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the products and/or services from Aubree Malick, LLC you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access our services/products.

Terms & Conditions

In consideration of Your access to the Program, you agree to pay the following fees.

You may choose between a single payment or 6 monthly payments. If you elect to pay for this course in full, you can pay in one payment.

Payment Plan Policy:

By enrolling in a payment plan, you understand that this is not a subscription, but rather a way to break the total cost of the program into smaller, manageable payments. If you select the payment plan, you must pay the initial payment today and then your selected payment method will be automatically charged the remaining payments on a monthly basis, for a total payment. 
  • You are responsible for completing all payments in the plan, regardless of whether you continue or complete the course.
  • Payments cannot be canceled, paused, or avoided until the full balance has been paid.
  • Failure to complete the agreed-upon payments may result in loss of access to the program and collection efforts to recover any outstanding balance.

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to these terms and commit to fulfilling the total payment amount in full.

Any amount due past 30 days will be handed off to a debt collector.

By joining The VA Society, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

The VA Society is a month-to-month membership, and you may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.
Once canceled, you will lose access to all membership benefits, including coaching calls, job leads, resources, and the private community, at the end of your current billing period.

30-Day Trial Details (If applicable)

If you signed up with the $0 trial, your first payment will be automatically charged after 30 days unless you cancel before your trial period ends.
You are responsible for managing your membership, including cancelling before your next billing cycle if you choose not to continue.

Subscription Billing & Failed Payments

Membership renews automatically every 30 days unless cancelled.

If a payment fails, your access will be suspended until payment is resolved. Multiple failed attempts will result in removal from the membership.

Program Changes & Updates

The VA Society reserves the right to update content, pricing, or structure as needed. Members will be notified of any major changes in advance.

Payments & Fees

There will be no refunds for any digital products purchased within The CEO Shop, including 30 Day VA Bootcamp, and any future products added to the digital shop. Due to the digital nature of these resources, refunds will not be available after purchase. 

There will be no refunds for buyer’s remorse or change of mind. I take your investment seriously and ask that you do the same. Please be sure to read over all the details and reach out to hello@aubreemalick.com if you have specific questions about what is included before purchasing.

Refunds

All content included as part of the Program, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used in the Program, is the property of the Company or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.

The Company name, the Company logo, the Company slogan, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans in the Program are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Your participation in the Program does not result in a transfer of any intellectual property to You, and, as a condition of participation in the Program, You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other intellectual property protection.

You are granted a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program content and resources. You hereby agree that You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found in the Program.

The Company content is not for resale. Your participation in the Program does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. You will use protected content solely for your individual use, and will make no other use of the content without the express written permission of the Company and the copyright owner. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in any protected content. We do not grant you any licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property of the Company or our licensors except as expressly authorized herein.

You hereby agree that any infringement of the Company’s intellectual property shall result in an immediate termination of the license granted hereunder. To be clear, if you violate the Company’s intellectual property rights, your access to the Program will be terminated immediately, and you shall not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the fees.

Intellectual Property

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Program and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, if You become disruptive to the Company or other Program participants, if You fail to follow the Program guidelines, or if You otherwise violate this Agreement. You shall not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the fees and shall not be excused from any remaining payments under a payment plan in the event of such termination.
