Capping off a 15 year career in TV news and digital (at Fox, Netflix, PopSugar), Kim Rittberg launched and ran the video unit for Us Weekly, overseeing an 18 person team…until her parent company was purchased. She found herself trying to salvage what she had worked so hard for, all from the hospital with an IV in her arm as she delivered her second child. While Kim still had her executive job, she lost her desire to be in corporate America. Kim launched her own company, which offers video and content strategy and media training. However her path to entrepreneurship was riddled with questions and anxieties, thus giving birth to the MOM’S EXIT INTERVIEW podcast which aims to inspire and educate moms seeking fulfillment outside the traditional 9-to-5.
