What does it take to build a successful business? That question has become more and more important as the societal expectation of balancing work with family life becomes increasingly difficult. So, in today’s episode, we’ll have an open and honest discussion with my friend, Carrie, about building a business, the hustling mindset that many of us observe, and how we can manage motherhood and work. This is essentially an open discussion on what it’s been like to develop a business, including the challenges and realities.
Carrie is a wife and momma of two littles and is a Virtual Assistant for Female Christian Business Coaches. She loves being able to support women to their own definition of success and give business owners the freedom to do what they love and are called to do. She’s worked with top business coaches in her space including Patrice Washington and Jennifer Allwood and is excited about how her business will create generational wealth within her family
In this episode, you will learn:
- Who is Carrie and how did she get started in business?
- How can you perceive something positive when you say “No”?
- What is the significance of understanding what success means?
- How to overcome the struggles between work and family?
