Let’s kick things off by introducing you to the amazing Brittany Schwartz! Brittany is an amazing student of mine who had been teaching for over a decade. However, with the challenges posed by the pandemic and feeling burnt out, she began exploring other opportunities to supplement her income. Her journey led her down various paths, from considering further education to exploring different industries. But fate had something else in store for her…
Eventually, she stumbled upon the world of freelancing, and that’s when things started to change! She realized she could pursue her passion for writing and use her skills to create content for others. But like many of us, she had doubts and a lack of confidence in the beginning.
The Turning Point: Discovering Freelancing & the Prep
Brittany’s journey took a turn when she discovered freelancing as a potential career path! She stumbled upon the world of virtual assistance and decided to explore this avenue further. While researching online, she came across a podcast that resonated deeply with her – my podcast! Listening to episodes that covered topics like leaving the teaching profession and the challenges she was facing made her realize that she wasn’t alone in her feelings.
However, she initially hesitated about investing in The Prep, which is my comprehensive freelancing course. She considered doing everything on her own through online research but realized that it felt overwhelming and uncertain.
