Finding Her Niche:
Through her initial virtual assistant role, Hannah explored different skills and quickly discovered her love for client management. This led her to niche down into blog and Pinterest management specifically for photographers. She is now focused on blog management only. You are never stuck in a niche!
From Three to 27 Clients in Six Months:
Hannah’s journey skyrocketed as she went through growing paints and refined a clear offer package. With a clear focus on her target market, she attracted clients that needed this package. Through pitch DMs and strategic networking, her client roster rapidly expanded! She also kept a referral business mindset that if she nailed a client experience, provided great results, and loved them like a friend … then they could bring another client. Her results show the power of referrals and proactive client targeting!
How Hannah does it ALL:
There is a ton that goes into it all, but here are a few things she does to stay organized. Have a schedule that reflects your personality and lifestyle (You can’t copy and paste a schedule). Audit your to-do list! Ask yourself.. “what is on my to-do list, and is this effective in growing my business today, this week, this year?”. You can automate, streamline, and batch your to-do list with a strategy! The last thing is the TEAM. Hannah learned to make sure her business is ready BEFORE outsourcing. Have a system in place for your team to follow and create the systems so it’s not fully relying on you!
